The Gallery of Fashion was the first English language publication to focus exclusively on fashion. Inspired by the French publication Cabinet des Modes, it was published annually in London from 1794 to 1893.

We’ve selected a number of prints form the April 1, 1795 – March 1, 1796 issue, digitally enhanced them, and are offering them as both framed and unframed prints. 

While we have digitally enhanced them, these prints are made form 200+ year old illustrations – there are some minor spots and discolorations if you look closely. We think that adds to the character. From a distance, you won’t notice them.

Prints are available Framed or Unframed. We’re offering 6″x8″ and 8″x10″ prints in either semi-gloss or premium Fine Art paper.

(N.B. final prints are actually trimmed to slightly smaller than listed size. This allows them to better fit in ‘off the shelf’ frames)
